#### 35C Dealing with restrained property (1) Division 3 of Part 4‑1 of the Proceeds of Crime Act applies to the property as if the property were controlled property within the meaning of that Act. (2) However, the Official Trustee must, before exercising a power under section 278 of the Proceeds of Crime Act in relation to the property, consult with the foreign country that made the request under section 34 relating to the foreign restraining order covering the property.
