#### 35A Procedural matters (1) A proceeds of crime authority that applies for an order under section 35 in respect of property must give written notice of the application to: (a) the owner of the property; and (b) any other person the authority has reason to believe may have an interest in the property. (2) The court may, at any time before finally determining the application, direct the proceeds of crime authority to give or publish notice of the application: (a) to a specified person or class of persons; and (b) in the manner and within the time that the court considers appropriate. (3) A person who claims an interest in property in respect of which the application is made may appear and adduce evidence at the hearing of the application.
