#### 35 Court may order Official Trustee to take custody and control of property The court that registers a foreign restraining order under Subdivision A of Division 2 may order the Official Trustee to take custody and control of all or a specified part of property covered by the restraining order if: (a) the proceeds of crime authority authorised under section 34 applies for the order; and (b) the court is satisfied that it is required in the circumstances.
