12 Delegation of functions
Museums of History NSW may delegate the exercise of a function, other than this power of delegation, to the following—
(a) a member of the Board,
(b) an advisory committee,
(c) the Chief Executive Officer,
(d) a member of staff of Museums of History NSW.
