7 Adjourned meetings

(1) If the quorum for an ordinary meeting or special meeting is not present within 15 minutes after the time of the meeting, the meeting must be adjourned to a day determined by the trustee or trustees present.

(2) If no trustees are present within 15 minutes after the time of the meeting, the business of the meeting stands adjourned until the next meeting.
