11 Outgoing loans of exhibits and specimens—the Act, s 18(1)(d) and (e)
(1) A person or body may borrow an exhibit or specimen held by the Museum if the Chief Executive permits the exhibit or specimen to be borrowed by the person or body.
(2) Exhibits and specimens held by the Museum must not be lent to a person or body without the permission of the Chief Executive under subsection (1).
