To whom this Direction applies

This Direction applies to a holder of a fishing concession and to a person acting on behalf of the holder in the following fisheries:

(a) the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery; and

(b) the Western Skipjack Fishery.

Direction not to engage in fishing

Fishing is not to be engaged in in the areas specified in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.
