sec.11 Disqualification as member
A person is disqualified from becoming, or continuing as, a member if the person— has a conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or is an insolvent under administration; or is disqualified from managing corporations under the Corporations Act , part 2D .6. s 11 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 ss 2 (2) , 28
- (a) has a conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or
- (b) is an insolvent under administration; or
- (c) is disqualified from managing corporations under the Corporations Act , part 2D .6.
