LAURA ROSS, Clerk of the House 7 May 2026 (Brought in by the Minister for Environment, the Honourable Madeleine Ruth Ogilvie) A BILL FOR An Act to repeal the Mt Lyell Acid Drainage Reduction Act 2003 Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as the Mt Lyell Acid Drainage Reduction (Repeal) Act 2025.
Commencement This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
Legislation repealed The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is repealed.
