sec.7 Appointment of members of trust
The Governor in Council may appoint members of the trust, other than the member ex officio. The trust shall be taken to be constituted from time to time upon the publication of a gazette notice of the whole number of members of the trust, other than the member ex officio. s 7 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 (sec.7-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may appoint members of the trust, other than the member ex officio.
