sec.25 By-laws

The trust may make by-laws under this Act. A by-law may be made about— the maintenance of; and entry upon; and use of; and behaviour within; and control of; and the protection of; the showgrounds. A by-law may impose a penalty not exceeding 4 penalty units in respect of a breach of any by-law. A by-law must be approved by the Governor in Council. A by-law is subordinate legislation (see Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , sections 7 , 8 (b) (i) and 9 (1) (a) ). s 25 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 (sec.25-ssec.1) The trust may make by-laws under this Act.
