sec.13 Casual vacancies
Where a vacancy occurs in the office of a member of the trust, other than the member ex officio, another person who is not disqualified for membership under section 10 may be nominated or selected as prescribed and appointed as prescribed to fill the vacancy. A person appointed to fill the vacancy shall, subject to this Act, hold office for the balance of the period of membership of the trust subsisting at the time the vacancy occurred.
