40. Discretionary powers
- In order to expedite the processing of claims and to facilitate the efficient management of this Scheme, the Commission may vest in Community Pharmacists acting in good faith such discretionary powers, as it from time to time notifies, to make specified adjustments and/or endorsements to prescriptions and/or repeat authorisations forms. Such discretionary powers may be exercised notwithstanding anything else contained in this Scheme.
