#### 14D Payment of claims 14D Payment of claims > The Government Insurance Office shall not be personally liable to pay any amount payable in satisfaction of any claim made under section 14 or 14A, any judgment recovered against it or the amount of any costs or expenses incurred by it in relation to any such claim or to the proceedings in which the judgment was obtained, but every such amount shall be paid by the Government Insurance Office out of the Transport Accidents Compensation Fund. > > **s 14D:** Ins 1984 No 86, Sch 1 (9).
