14B Exclusion of certain claims
> Nothing in section 14 or 14A entitles a person to make a claim for damages in respect of the death of or bodily injury to any person caused by or arising out of the use of a motor vehicle which, at the time the circumstances resulting in the death or bodily injury occurred, was registered pursuant to the law of a place other than New South Wales unless the motor vehicle was so registered under the [Interstate Road Transport Act 1985](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth and there was in force in respect of that vehicle a third-party policy issued by the Government Insurance Office.
