50 Application (1) Subject to subsection (2), on and from 1 January 1987, Division 2 shall not apply to nonconforming vehicles other than nonconforming vehicles which are motor omnibuses. (2) On and from 1 January 1992, Division 2, other than section 52(h), shall not apply to nonconforming vehicles which are motor omnibuses.
