33P Registrar to provide details of active demerit points (1) This section applies if the Registrar is advised by the licensing authority of another jurisdiction that a person who holds a Territory licence has applied for a licence in the other jurisdiction. (2) The Registrar must provide the licensing authority with details from the register of the person's active demerit points. (3) The Registrar must also advise the licensing authority of the details of any demerit points suspension period or good driving period applicable to the person.
