33N When Registrar advises other jurisdiction The details are not to be advised to the licensing authority of the other jurisdiction until: (a) the person is found guilty of the offence and: (i) the time for lodging an appeal has passed and no appeal has been lodged; or Motor Vehicles Act 1949 49 (ii) an appeal has been lodged and the appeal has been determined, withdrawn or discontinued; or (b) the person is served with an infringement notice for the offence and: (i) the infringement notice penalty is paid in full or in part; or (ii) the Fines Recovery Unit enters into a scheme with the person allowing further time to pay, or payment by instalments; or (iii) the period for payment of the infringement notice penalty expires without the person electing to have the matter heard by a court.
