33M Advising other jurisdiction of offences committed in Territory (1) If a resident of another jurisdiction commits a demerit points offence in the Territory, the Registrar must advise the licensing authority of the other jurisdiction of the details of the offence and the number of demerit points prescribed for the offence. (2) The Registrar may also advise the licensing authority of another jurisdiction of the details of a traffic offence committed by a resident of the other jurisdiction, although the offence is not a demerit points offence in the Territory.
