14 Form of registration certificate or licence (1) Upon the first registration of a motor vehicle under this Act, the Registrar shall grant to the owner of the motor vehicle a certificate of registration in accordance with the approved form. (2) Upon the renewal of the registration or upon any registration of a motor vehicle subsequent to the first registration thereof, the Registrar shall grant to the owner of the motor vehicle a certificate of registration in accordance with the approved form, with the word "Renewal" endorsed thereon in the case of a renewal of the registration. (3) A licence to drive a motor vehicle (including a learner licence) must be in an approved form. (5) A person to whom a licence to drive a motor vehicle has been granted shall sign his name in the place set apart on the licence for the signature of the licensee.
