130 Offence due to accident Subject to section 117A, a person shall not be liable to be found guilty of an offence against or a contravention of a provision of this Act if he proves, to the satisfaction of the court hearing the case, that the offence or contravention could not have been avoided by any reasonable efforts on his part.
