128 Inspection of motor vehicles The owner or any person having custody of a motor vehicle shall, upon request by an inspector or an officer authorized in that behalf by the Registrar or upon request by any member of the Police Force, permit the inspector, officer or member to examine or inspect the vehicle for any purpose of this Act.
