114 Commercial passenger vehicle licensee to notify Registrar about charge for disqualifying offence (1) A licensee under a licence to drive a commercial passenger vehicle must immediately give written notice to the Registrar if the licensee is charged with a disqualifying offence. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units. (2) Immediately after a court has dealt with the charge, the licensee must give written notice to the Registrar of the outcome of the charge. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
