100 Defaced certificate, licence or permit (1) A person shall not: (a) deface his certificate of registration, licence or permit; or (b) lend or part with any such certificate, licence or permit. (2) Any such certificate, licence or permit which becomes defaced shall be void. (3) The holder of a certificate, licence or permit which is void by reason only of defacement may obtain a new certificate, licence or permit on returning to the Registrar the defaced certificate, licence or permit and paying the prescribed fee.
