40 Unauthorised alteration of licence
A person must not alter or deface a current motor vehicle trader licence.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units; or
(b) an individual, a fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
