60Fees

#### 60 Fees (1) There is payable to the Commonwealth, in respect of a matter specified in an item in Schedule 2, the fee specified in that item. (2) Subject to subregulation 61(1), a fee for an application is payable at the time of making the application. (3) A fee for an inspection or for advice is payable at the time of requesting the inspection or advice. (4) Subject to subregulation 61(4), a fee for renewal of a RAW approval is payable on or before the day on which the approval ceases to be in force. (5) If an application for a RAW approval is refused or withdrawn at any time before, or immediately after, the expiry of the period mentioned in subregulation 51(4), the applicant is entitled to a refund of the fee paid less $500.
