#### 31 Membership of the Review Panel The Panel is to have up to 6 members, as follows: (a) the Administrator of Vehicle Standards, who is to be chairperson; (b) a person nominated by the Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources; (c) a person nominated by the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries; (d) a person nominated by the Australian Automobile Association; (e) at least one person nominated by an industry association determined by the Minister, being an association whose members are registered automotive workshops.
