#### 23 Application for vehicle to be entered on Register (1) This regulation is made for paragraph 21(2)(b) of the Act. (2) A person may apply to the Minister, in the approved form, for a road vehicle to be entered on the Register. (3) The Minister, on receipt of an application in accordance with subregulation (1) for a vehicle, must consider the application and must: (a) if the vehicle is eligible under regulation 24—enter the vehicle on the Register; or (b) if the vehicle is not so eligible—refuse to enter the vehicle on the Register. (4) The Minister may, on the Minister’s initiative and without an application, enter a road vehicle on the Register if the vehicle is eligible under regulation 24.
