37 Legal proceedings not to lie
No action or other proceeding lies against the Commonwealth in respect of any loss incurred, or any damage suffered, because of reliance on: (a) an identification plate or a used import plate; or (b) any test carried out under this Act or the regulations or a determination under this Act; or (c) any express statement, or any statement or action implying, that a road vehicle or a vehicle component complied with a national standard.
