#### 13G Offence in relation to the placement of used import plates A person commits an offence if the person: (a) manufactures or supplies a device purporting to be a used import plate and the person has not been authorised under an agreement between the Commonwealth and the person to manufacture and supply used import plates; or (b) places a device purporting to be a used import plate on a road vehicle; or (c) places a used import plate on a road vehicle in relation to which no approval for the placement of that plate on that vehicle is in force. Penalty: 120 penalty units.
