#### 13C Application for approval to place a used import plate (1) A registered automotive workshop may apply to the Minister for an approval to place a plate on a used imported vehicle. (2) The application must be made in accordance with the regulations and can only be made in respect of a single used imported vehicle. Further information (3) The Minister may, by writing, request the applicant to give the Minister, within the period specified in the request, further information about the application. (4) The Minister may refuse to consider the application until the applicant gives the Minister the information in accordance with the request.
