10 Contravention of conditions of licences—the Act, ss 6 and 17
(1) The holder of a licence must not contravene a condition of the licence.
Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
(2) A person must not, for the same act or omission, be prosecuted—
(a) for a contravention of this section, and
(b) for a contravention of the Act, section 8.
