For the Act, section 57(1), a current inspection report must be—

(a) firmly attached to—

(i) the inside surface of the windscreen, or

(ii) if not practicable to do so—another part of the vehicle, and

(b) clearly visible to a person standing immediately outside the part of the vehicle to which the report is attached.
