A motor dealer must not represent—
(a) that a motor vehicle is for sale knowing the vehicle is not for sale, or
(b) that the purchase of a motor vehicle may be financed in a way the dealer knows to be unlawful or unavailable.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
