#### 84 Obligations of motor dealer on termination 84 Obligations of motor dealer on termination > > (1) On termination of a contract under this Division, the motor dealer must— > > > > > (a) pay to the purchaser all money received by the motor dealer under the contract, less any money that the purchaser is liable to pay under this Division, and > > > > > (b) return to the purchaser any trade-in under the contract. > > > (2) On termination of a contract under this Division, a motor dealer who is in possession of a trade-in must return the motor vehicle to the purchaser and is liable to the purchaser for any damage to the motor vehicle while it was in the motor dealer’s possession, other than fair wear and tear.
