#### 71 Enforcement of dealer guarantee 71 Enforcement of dealer guarantee > The dealer guarantee applicable to a motor vehicle is enforceable by the owner of the motor vehicle as if— > > > (a) it were a term of the contract of sale between the motor dealer and the owner, or > > > (b) if the owner purchased the motor vehicle from a person other than the motor dealer, there was a contract of sale between the motor dealer and the owner that contained the dealer guarantee.
