#### 60 Application of Division 60 Application of Division > This Division does not apply to or in respect of the following motor vehicle sales— > > > (a) a sale by bona fide auction, > > > (b) a sale to a motor dealer, motor vehicle recycler or financier, > > > (c) a sale by a motor vehicle recycler of a substantially demolished or dismantled motor vehicle, > > > (d) a sale to a motor vehicle recycler for the purpose of the motor vehicle being wholly or partly demolished or dismantled.
