#### 44 Decision to take no further action 44 Decision to take no further action > > (1) The Secretary may at any stage of a matter that is the subject of consideration under this Part decide to take no further action whether or not the matter is the subject of a complaint or a show cause notice and whether or not the Secretary determines that there are grounds for taking disciplinary action in connection with the matter. > > > (2) This section does not apply to any circumstances in which this Division requires the licence of a person to be cancelled.
