#### 32 Conditions of licences 32 Conditions of licences > > (1) A licence is subject to any conditions imposed by the Secretary (when the licence is granted or at any later time) or that are prescribed by the regulations. > > > (1A) Without limiting subsection (1), the Secretary may impose a condition that the holder of a licence carry on a business authorised by the licence only at premises specified by the Secretary in writing to the licence holder. > > > (2) The Secretary may at any time, on the Secretary’s own motion or on the application of the holder of a licence, by notice in writing to the holder, revoke or vary a condition of the licence imposed by the Secretary. > > **s 32:** Am 2018 No 65, Sch 4.3\[5\].
