#### 188 Exclusion of personal liability 188 Exclusion of personal liability > Anything done or omitted to be done by the Secretary or an authorised officer or a person acting under the direction of the Secretary or an authorised officer does not subject the Secretary, authorised officer, or the person so acting, personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the thing was done or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of administering this Act.
