#### 180 Contracting out void 180 Contracting out void > > (1) The provisions of this Act have effect despite any stipulation to the contrary and no contract or agreement made or entered into before, on or after the commencement of this section operates to annul, vary or exclude any of the provisions of this Act. > > > (2) To avoid doubt, a stipulation to the contrary includes a provision in a contract that the law applicable to a contract is the law of a jurisdiction other than this State.
