#### 161 Evidence of licensing matters and exemptions 161 Evidence of licensing matters and exemptions > A document purporting to be a certificate signed by the Secretary and certifying the following matters is evidence of the matters certified in all courts and before all persons and bodies authorised by law to receive evidence— > > > (a) that a specified person is or is not or was or was not on any date or during any specified period the holder of a licence, > > > (b) that a specified licence is or is not or was or was not subject to a specified condition on any date or during any specified period, > > > (c) that a specified class of repair work is or is not or was or was not specified for a tradesperson’s certificate on any date or during any specified period, > > > (d) that a specified place of business is or is not or was or was not specified in a specified licence on any date or during any specified period, > > > (e) that a person or thing is or is not or was or was not on any date or during any specified period exempted from a specified provision of this Act or the regulations or the whole of this Act or the regulations, > > > (f) that any such exemption is or is not or was or was not subject to a specified condition on any date or during any specified period.
