#### 152 Power of authorised officer to obtain information, records and evidence 152 Power of authorised officer to obtain information, records and evidence > > (1) An authorised officer may, by notice in writing given to a person, require the person to produce to the authorised officer, in accordance with the notice, specified records or records of a specified class or description to an authorised officer at a specified time or within a specified period. > > > (2) An authorised officer may inspect and take notes, copies and extracts of or from any record or statement produced under this section.
