#### 140 Application to Supreme Court for directions 140 Application to Supreme Court for directions > > (1) The following persons may apply to the Supreme Court for directions as to the manner in which an administrator is required to exercise the functions conferred on the administrator by this Act, either generally or with respect to any particular matter specified in the application— > > > > > (a) an administrator, > > > > > (b) the person who is subject to the administration, > > > > > (c) any person who has submitted a claim to the administrator in relation to any property being administered by the administrator. > > > (2) On the hearing of an application, the Supreme Court may, by order, give any directions that it considers to be appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
