#### 128 Appointment of administrator for former holder of licence 128 Appointment of administrator for former holder of licence > > (1) The Supreme Court may, on the application of the Secretary, make an order appointing an administrator of the affairs and property of a person whose motor dealer’s licence or motor vehicle recycler’s licence has been suspended or cancelled on being satisfied that the appointment is necessary or desirable in order to protect the interests of persons with whom that person has had dealings. > > > (2) An application for administration under this section must be made— > > > > > (a) not later than 12 months after the date on which the licence was suspended or cancelled, and > > > > > (b) in the case of a suspension, before the suspension is removed or expires.
