#### 115 Definitions 115 Definitions > In this Division— > > cash price of a motor vehicle means the sum of the price (if any) at which the vehicle is sold and the amount of the value of any other vehicle or other thing that comprises the whole or part of the consideration for the sale. The value is the value given to the vehicle or other thing by the parties to the sale or, if no value is so given, the market value of the vehicle or other thing at the time of the sale. > > rescission order means an order made under section 117 or 118.
