#### 114 Effect of rectification order 114 Effect of rectification order > > (1) Except as provided by this Act, a rectification order does not give rise to any rights or obligations. > > > (2) A rectification order ceases to have effect for the purposes of being a ground for disciplinary action under this Act if the matter giving rise to the order becomes the subject of an action before the Tribunal. > > Note. > > Contravention of a rectification order is a ground for taking disciplinary action against a licence holder.
