113 Secretary may make rectification order
> > (1) If, after completing an investigation under this Division, the Secretary is satisfied—
> >
> > > (a) that an act, matter or thing done or required to be done by or on behalf of a motor dealer to comply with a dealer guarantee or consumer guarantee—
> > >
> > > > (i) has not been done, or
> > >
> > > > (ii) is incomplete, or
> > >
> > > > (iii) is defective, or
> >
> > > (b) that any repair work done by a motor vehicle repairer is incomplete or defective,
> >
> > the Secretary may serve a written order (a rectification order) on the motor dealer or motor vehicle repairer requiring the motor dealer or motor vehicle repairer to take such steps as are specified in the order to ensure that the act, matter or thing or work is completed or the defect rectified.

> > > (a) may specify conditions (including conditions with respect to the payment of money) to be complied with by the complainant before the requirements of the order must be complied with, and

> > > (b) must specify a date by which the requirements of the order must be complied with, subject to the complainant’s compliance with any such condition.
