#### 112 Investigation of disputes 112 Investigation of disputes > > (1) A purchaser or owner of a motor vehicle who is a party to a dispute to which this Division applies may apply to the Secretary to investigate the dispute. > > > (2) The Secretary is to use the Secretary’s best endeavours by communication with the parties to the dispute, or otherwise, to settle the dispute. > > > (3) If the Secretary is unable to settle the dispute, the Secretary is to investigate the dispute. > > > (4) The Secretary may determine the procedure for the purpose of investigating the dispute.
