sec.5 Prescribed changes in motor salesperson’s circumstances to be notified to chief executive

For section 188 of the Act , each of the following is a prescribed change for a motor salesperson— a change in the salesperson’s— name; or email address; or residential address; or postal address; or telephone number; the coming into existence of circumstances for the salesperson that would, under section 157 (1) of the Act , affect the salesperson’s suitability to hold a registration certificate if the salesperson were applying for registration.

(a) a change in the salesperson’s— (i) name; or (ii) email address; or (iii) residential address; or (iv) postal address; or (v) telephone number;
(i) name; or
(ii) email address; or
(iii) residential address; or
(iv) postal address; or
(v) telephone number;
(b) the coming into existence of circumstances for the salesperson that would, under section 157 (1) of the Act , affect the salesperson’s suitability to hold a registration certificate if the salesperson were applying for registration.
(i) name; or
(ii) email address; or
(iii) residential address; or
(iv) postal address; or
(v) telephone number;
